EL RACÓ DE MADREMANYA IS LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL 17TH CENTURY STONE FARMHOUSE
On the ground floor of the farmhouse you will find a spacious sitting room with several different spaces, featuring its large fireplace and vaulted stone ceiling, ideal for afternoons of reading. Also found on this same floor, with direct access to the garden, is one of the rooms with a small sitting room and that boasts an independent terrace.
Accessing the first floor we find a large central sitting room. From this space you can access 5 of the house’s rooms. These rooms are outstanding for their spaciousness, their impeccable details and because each of them has its own, distinct personality: some have their own private terrace while others, a fireplace, and they all boast gorgeous views. >From the sitting room you can also access a spacious terrace where you can gaze at the Empordà’s blue sky and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
On the second floor the house is crowned with a spacious, bright room. This suite (approx. 70 m2) has sl0ping wood ceilings and access to an independent terrace.
In the annex building you will find the dining room, presided over by a stone fountain and surrounded by large windows with views of the garden and one of the swimming pools. On the ground floor there are 2 gorgeous rooms (one is a suite), both with direct access to the garden and views of the pool. On the first floor there is another very spacious room (also a suite), bathed in natural sunlight and offering 2 independent terraces, one of them with views of the garden and swimming pool.
